HARK Connect

HARK Connect is a full-service qualitative research platform. For online and in-person focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and UX deep dives, HARK Connect’s solution offers live transcription and subtitling, tagging and annotation, easy clip extraction for summary videos, and translation to 68 languages.

F&F conducted a competitive analysis and developed a video brochure illustrating HARK Connect’s services to potential customers.

Feature Guide

We created an online slide deck with video tutorials showcasing how to use HARK Connect’s most exciting features. Our team filmed and edited the video clips, wrote copy to clarify each feature, and designed the guide in accordance with HARK Connect’s brand image.

 

E-Brochure

We also created a shorter-form, video and PDF brochure which similarly highlights HARK Connect’s features in a modernized, aesthetically pleasing design. Clear, concise copywriting ensured that their platform’s value was made clear in a single page.

 
 

We conducted a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis for HARK Connect to answer the question: what does HARK Connect offer that no other company can?

Our competitive analysis included suggestions for value-adding features to draw attention to on HARK Connect’s website, such as their live translation and transcription features, as well as suggestions for improving their user interface’s ease of use.

We also researched detailed profiles of 14 competitors in the qualitative research / focus group technology market. We created a feature grid for each platform’s capabilities, as well as a graphic comparing HARK Connect to four key competitors.
