Paws & Claws
Paws and Claws is an Evanston-based cat rescue and adoption center founded in May 2020. They ease the burden on municipal shelters and give cats that would otherwise be euthanized a second chance. Focusing on FIV+ cats, black cats, and under-socialized cats. Paws and Claws’s mission is to provide every animal in their care with behavioral, emotional, and medical care and to match them with a family through adoption or fostering in their network of 100+ foster families.
F&F worked with Paws and Claws to develop their holiday promotions, outreach methods, and social media content.
Paws & Claws was a client in Fall 2023.
The Goal:
To encourage adoption during slow months, we designed some aesthetic and adorable graphics in the holiday spirit.
We developed outreach emails to promote donations and volunteering.
Our emails were sent to local companies promoting donations for Giving Tuesday and to Northwestern student organizations for volunteering opportunities.
Using two versions of each email, we conducted A/B testing to find the more successful approach.
We created custom graphics highlighting Paws and Claws’ growth, scale, and impact.
These images can be used in future social media and grant applications.
